Tolle Finca auf dem Land

Die Finca ist toll. Besonders gefallen hat uns natürlich der Pool und der Fußballplatz. Alles war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Da man mitten auf dem Land wohnt hört man Pferde, Hühner, Schafe, Hunde und Katzen.

Hervorragend ausgestattet Es wäre seriös, im Vorfeld mitzuteilen, dass das Haus an einer Eisenbahnlinie liegt und die Einflugschneise für den Flughafen über den Standort der Finca verläuft

Nice property well off the beaten track!

A nice rustic two-bedroom house in its own grounds with swimming pool which, unfortunately, we weren’t able to use because water temperature is still rather chilly at the beginning of April! Owing to a missed flight and Google maps sending us to a different address it was 4am before we arrived - bit of a nightmare start to the holiday! The rest of the week was good though, nice sunny days, but chilly in the house in the evenings in early April. Too cold to sit outside and use the barbecue. Some information would have been useful. It wasn’t until the last day that we found where the logs were kept for the stove - about 50 metres from the house - and we could have done with using that each evening to warm the house up. Overall we enjoyed it - car certainly essential - but I think it would be the summer months if I was to go again!

Traumhaft

Es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach traumhaft. Die Finca ist mega schön und ganz für sich so hatten wir es uns vorgestellt. Herzlicher Empfang vom Vermieter mit Wein Süßes Brot Marmelade Mich und Saft für den ersten Morgen. Top! Alles wirklich super sauber und Kommunikation immer reibungslos. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit mit den Kids vorallem der Pool absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren glaube ich nicht das letzte Mal dort. Mit dem Auto alles super erreichbar. 15 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt.

einfaches, aber sehr nettes Haus im Grünen

Es ist ein einfaches, aber sehr sauberes Haus, alles ist da, was man braucht, sogar Lebensmittel für den ersten Tag stehen bereit, was sehr nett ist vom Vermieter. Das Haus steht in einem Landwirtschaftsgebiet, der Bauer ist auch einmal vorbei gekommen, um Johannisbrot zu ernten. Schön ist der von Rasen und nicht wie üblich von Steinplatten umgebene Pool. Leider liegt das Haus in der Anflugschneise vom Flughafen Palma, was doch tagsüber zu erheblichem Fluglärm führt. Und hinten fährt zweimal die Stunde die Bahn vorbei. Nichts störendes, aber trotzdem ablenkend. Und die Klimaanlage (nur in den Schlafzimmern) für 10 Euro pro Tag ist doch etwas teuer. Aber ich werde sicher das Haus in Zukunft wieder mieten. Weil es auch zu den wenigen Häusern auf der Insel gehört, die genügend Licht haben, um abends auf dem Sofa ein Buch lesen zu können,wenn es draussen regnet!

Tranquilidad y relax

Nos hemos alojado 10 dias en can Tirasset petit y hemos estado de lujo. Mucho terreno, mucho silencio, justo lo que buscabamos para desconectar. Los niños han disfrutado mucho en la piscina y con el campo de futbol ( lastima el cesped, que no estaba 100% por fallo de los aspersores). La casa por dentro super coqueta y fuera en el porche, superfrescos. Todo limpio y perfecto, mejor que en las fotos. La dueña encantadora. Muchas gracias por hacer que hayamos disfrutado tanto de nuestras vacaciones. Repetirenos seguro.

La casa està muy bien equipada y es cómoda. Hay mucho terreno para disfrutar al aire libre y de la piscina. El entorno es muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Ultimate relaxation

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Mallorca. We spent our first week at this house and it was a complete getaway. It is in the countryside down some small country lanes but also near enough to be able to drive to shops and the coast easily. The outdoor veranda and pool area are gorgeous and you really do feel completely away from it all. The house and garden are extremely well equipped and we bbq'd most evenings. Beds were very comfortable and we took advantage of the air conditioning. Communication was great throughout and we would happily return in the future if we want a really peaceful getaway.

Frühlingsaufenthalt

viel Platz mit großem natürlichem Garten, im Haus was alles was man benötigt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sollte man als erste Mieter im März ankommen, muss man dran denken, das es anfangs frisch im Haus sein könnte, aber dank der hervorragenden Kommunikation mit Frau Seidel und dem Vermieter, ließ sich alles regeln. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Finca mit wunderschönem Pool. Die Matratzen müssten einmal ausgetauscht werden, ansonsten war alles einwandfrei. Sehr freundlicher und netter Besitzer.

Lovely little villa with a couple issues

The property was lovely however there were a few things that should be reviewed. 1) the beds were rock solid. Both myself and my husband (late 30s) struggled to sleep as we kept getting pains when laying in one position for too long. Maybe someone could look at replacing mattresses with a little softer ones 2) the ants. There was nothing in the house to help get rid of them. We had to go out and buy stuff to help reduce the number of ants. 3) the pool was never filtered. We did use the net to go round a number of times each day but by end of week , with 2 young children covered in sun lotion, the water was a little murky white and a large number of insects/leafs at the bottom of pool. Apart from this the villa was nice.

Perfect afgelegen privehuis

Keurig huisje voor 4 personen met een enorme tuin erbij. Niemand die jou stoort en niemand je jij kan storen. Daarbij ook nog een heerlijk zwembad en een grote veranda.

für uns war es perfekt

eine sehr schöne kleinere Finca aber mit einem sehr großzügigen und schönem Grundstück. Natur pur viele Singvögel von denen man am Morgen nett begrüßt wird. Dank des guten Wetters konnten wir den Pool ausgiebig nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Inca in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Sehr gutes Restaurant in LLubi und ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist ebenfalls dort. Kleinere Probleme wurden schnellstens behoben und die Kommunikation mit Immobilien Sineu klappte sehr gut. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals an Petra und Silvia und an den Besitze Miguel.
