"Koiwa is a little out of the way location but it worked for us because we were visiting friends in the area. There’s not much in that area. This place is in a purely residential area with no close by convenience stores as the only downer. For our family, it was perfect. More space for the kids, a larger fridge with freezer, microwave, washer/dryer was especially nice, and A/C. It’s a short walk to the train station, maybe 8 minutes.
