"Even though the rooms are small, but restrooms are a good size. The rooms are well-kept and clean. The place is within walking distance to shopping stores, malls, museums, Louvre, the river and a great variety of restaurants and cafeterias. Overall the place is very centrally located. It has a desk attendant 24 hours and very helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast is good and light. It offers a variety of pastries, fresh fruit and food."

"The staff was wonderful, helpful and solicitous, and the hotel is well located. Unfortunately, we had two problems. The hot tub was not hot for the first two days of the visit - they finally fixed it on the third day. The regular hot water did not work our last two evenings - meaning we had cold showers. Since we booked through Expedia, the hotel felt like they could not give us any refund or credit, as "Expedia had the money..." Not how it actually works, but that was their story."

"Hotel is pretty central. The rooms are small, for reference we had one check in bag and two carry on. My carry on fit in the closet and the carry on and check in fit by the window. You have to open your luggage and get what you need a close it if not you won’t have space to walk. This didn’t bother me. I did love how comfy the bed was and it was quiet! The room had everything I needed. I was able to rest and come back in the middle of the day if I went shopping. I would stay here again. If you have multiple check in I would try to get a bigger room if they one but if you are traveling light and don’t mind it being small it’s the perfect place."

"Very enjoyable stay at the Hoxton! It feels like a vibrant and hip lifestyle property - equal parts city retreat, chic co-working hub, and buzzing local cafe and dining spot. The courtyards are lovely (especially the one featuring the spiral staircase) and give the property a great, private feel amidst all the energy. The breakfast buffet was really good, and while dinner had a slight hit-or-miss moment, the restaurant team was so professional and attentive that they seamlessly replaced the dishes. Super friendly staff across the board made the experience great. I would definitely return!"

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à WS Louvre Casanova. Le petit studio était parfait et propre. Nous étions très confortable au mois d'octobre, mais je ne voudrai pas y rester en plein été lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Les employés du ménage était très gentilles. Mais la communication pour avoir du service est presque inexistante. Comme exemple pour demander d'avoir de nouvelle serviette et l'enveloppe pour la taxe, il a fallut attendre de voir un employés du ménage pour les avoir, tout les messages envoyés n'ont jamais été répondu."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and the amenities. While we wanted to eat out for dinner every night we have 2 toddlers so that wasn’t always feasible, so having all the utensils/plates/etc. was so helpful. The staff even had a goody bag for my girls and that was so kind! The view we had of the seine was beautiful and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Hotel was in an excellent location. Lots of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. A metro station was just steps away from the front entrance. The front desk staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. Loved the Nespresso machine in our room. The hotel robes and slippers were a nice touch! Would definitely stay there again!!!"
