Apartment Riedel – Studio, 1-room flat with shared garden, balcony and Wi-Fi

  • The 1-room Studio apartment with step-free access in Immenstaad am Bodensee is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 60 m² apartment features a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Enjoy your evenings on the private balcony, the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

A warm welcome. Our vacation apartments are located in Immenstaad / Kippenhausen. This district, only 1 km from Lake Constance, is an insider tip among Lake Constance connoisseurs. It is surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Our house, with its beautiful garden and sunbathing lawn, is located on the outskirts of Kippenhausen. We rent out two modern apartments* for 2 people each. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities such as hiking and cycling tours as well as excursions by bus and boat. There is a good restaurant and a wine tavern in the village.

Beautiful studio with 60 square meters for 2 people and sunny balcony, as well as cozy apartment with 45 square meters and large balcony with stunning views of the countryside. Our house, in an idyllic location with a large garden, is 1 km from the lake. Cable TV.
