"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. "The bed was was so hard I couldn’t believe how stiff it was I think a futon would’ve been better. Out of all the hotels I have been to this is the only one that doesn’t hold on to your luggage as complementary you have to use a storage locker so I waited to check in. The hot spring was nice and is next to a plaza with some really good eats. "
