"Inside our room was very nice, heated floors in bathroom and amazing views. Breakfast was fair- same choices for all 3 days we were there. By the 3rd day, the bacon was hard as a rock and inedible.
We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. The prices were very high even for Greenland standards. The pumpkin soup was delicious, musk ox burger tasty. Crème brûlée was delicious. Service in the restaurant very poor. Never offered water and waiter never came by to see if we needed anything...

"The hotel is new and is very clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located and we were able to walk to museums, churches, the ice fjord, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful with information about the hotel, town and excursions. The view of the icebergs from the room and the restaurant on the top floor are amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ilulissat."
