"Not actually on the ocean but is on water. Had to be out on the balcony to get a glimpse of the water. Only one lounge chair available on the beach and the pool area is usually in shade. "

"Someone else is staying in the property in a mobile home in the back yard. We saw the person twice and they never introduced themselves. Just sat in their car till we were gone. The house also got bug issues even though the owner declined in a comment on the property website that this was an issue. It’s okay but nothing more. "

"Room was more than a bit worn: no stopper in the sink, bathroom so dark that you can’t see a thing in the shower. On the plus side, the heat worked."

"Overall the stay was decent. The biggest pro was it's proximity to everything we needed oh and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on! There were some nice cool appliances as well especially in the bathroom. The cons however was that some parts of the place didn't match the picture, I'd suggest to remodel & replace some areas for future purposes. But it was an affordable stay and the host was attentive and quick to respond when we had an issue so that outweighs that con. Our stay was good. "

"3 hr delay on check in.. host refunded a day but destroyed 1 out of 2 nights we had to stay with family that flew down from another state and i drive 4 hours to meet.. house is poorly put together broken tiles mold on shower curtain in main bathroom floors all look like they were under water swing outside next to fire pit was broken and scary to attempt to sit on. Home itself is in a rough neighborhood neighbors up all night 4 am every morning rooster crowing next door until it's light out.. on top of that the things that the host suggested and how they kept passing blame telling me it wasn't their fault and they were losing money because of the last people that stayed there... i have plenty more to say but I'm sure no one will bother to respond... not a good experience"
