「This property exceeded my expectations. It provided a clean, well appointed, comfortable and affordable overnight stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Should I need another overnight in Iloilo I will return to this place.」

For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!」

「Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.」

「No owner support, dirty room, no blankets or bed cover, no pillow cases, no towels, filthy bathroom sink, WiFi did not work, no internet. We will never stay in this unit again. When we contacted the unit owner she texted and said she could not talk to us because she was in a meeting. Horrible experience.」
