"The apartment is well located, clean & comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we happened to have joyful but noisy neighbours during our stay. With no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open which made it hard to block out the noise !!!!"

"As a family of 5 we had the 3 persons first floor and the seperate 3 persons ground level, with acces to a totall of 3 showers, 2 water toilets and 2 kitchens. All in excellent state as the chalet is recently refurbushed. The first floor unit has airco, the ground level not. The pool is good to chill on a hot day, the view from the pool on the mountains is super, the pool is only 10 meters away from the chalet and can be monitored from the terras of the chalet. "Excellent facilities overall - plenty of space and a lovely pool - perhaps a bit short on cooking pans, and a lock on the toilet would be good. The problems with phone and computer contact was beyond the control of the owner, but it did make contact tricky. "

Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. "Extraordinary boutique hotel. We had a delightful stay. The owners show you to your room, are there every day, and offer good sight-seeing and restaurant advice. The room, like all the decor, is lovely, the beds are comfy, and the table on the balcony is great for coffee. There is a coffee maker, minifridge and an individual air conditioning unit that makes any heat wave bearable. There is ample closet space and the bathroom modern with attractive lighting. If you want to eat in, there is a communal microwave and one-pot meals available to heat up. The wi fi works great. It is a pet-friendly place: several dogs were there, including those of the owners. The only possible minus is that there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. Excellent value."

"We walked in from our pilgrim route tired and wet. We were put in a cramped w/c accessible room on the ground floor.There was a locked connecting door to the next room. The occupants returned, talking loudly, and apparently smoking as we could smell the cigarette smoke in our room. We asked to be moved and ended up in a much nicer, larger room on the first floor, with a bathtub! Sorely needed after our long, wet day of walking. The next morning we arrived at breakfast to find one of the most complete breakfast offerings we'd seen thus far, and a lovely young woman presiding! Perfect for hungry pilgrims who would be walking again that day. So, things started out not wonderful but ended up great!"

"Pure Notions" as we say in Ireland

"Our stay here was an experience. Unlike any other "hotel". Located spectacularly in the foothills of the pyrenees, accommodation consisted of little chalets scattered around a large area. Guests travel between the various facilities in golf carts. The restaurant was spectacular (view & food) but expensive. Breakfast was very good, also beautifully located"

"The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "
