「Nice appartment, good location」

「I sent this email to Lucky 8 in July and still haven't received a response: "Hello, I would like to discuss our recent stay with you. We booked two rooms for one night. Although the £100 per room deposit was mentioned prior to our visit, what wasn't mentioned is the 5-14 business days we were told we would have to wait to get it back. This is a ridiculous amount of time, and as a result we will be down £200 until then. After checking in (which took over twenty minutes), we were told we were...

「I left after an hour due to the graphic level of intimate noise from the gentleman in the next room who had a female guest waiting for him. The property manager excused it as a birthday celebration and Expedia refused to refund me. I find it inexcusable that Expedia allow a property to be listed that clearly facilitates adult meet ups.」

「Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle.」

「They tried to charge me twice. Loud and dirty. No control people all day all night even though staff are there.」

「寝るだけであれば特に問題ない スタッフからの説明は特になく、フロントに人がいないことがあるのでチェックアウトなどがわかりづらい」

「Staff were not at all helpful. They do not provide water bottles in the room not even for purchase. I went up at about 1am as I had a late flight in they have cold drinks behind the reception. The gentleman said the register is closed and I wasn’t able to purchase water. So no water in the room as well as not available to purchase after certain hours.」

「Ontbijt matig goede schone en ruime kamers prijs kwaliteit prima」

「The room was clean and tidy. Everything you need was provided including kitchen appliances. One issue we had was noise on one of the nights. There was loud music and we could hear it late at night for a while. Not sure if it was the bar or another guest but sound does travel easily. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. 👍」
