"Hosts and property manager were responsive and helpful. The house was spectacular. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 11. Never felt crowded. Private beach had perfect waves for playing in. Large grill and very functional kitchen. Enjoyed the location as it felt close to everything. Could get to either end of the island within 30 minutes. "Exuma palms is a fantastic base for a great time adventuring around Exuma. A wonderful white sand beach. Owners and staff make you feel like part of the family. If you plan to explore I highly recommend renting a vehicle as food and water are not super easy to access on the narrow shouldered roads by walking. You’ll be happy to return from a day of beach hunting to the quiet, safe and most beautiful little beach side hotel. "

"Our villa was excellent. The power went out one night after a short rain. Power was restored within an hour. Our last day there, they had to shut off the water twice to the property for repairs and restored after three hours. "

"Our stay was great. We were a family of 11 traveling with 5 adult couples & the 6 bedroom/6 bathroom layout was just what we wanted. The hostess & homeowners were very responsive to our needs. Half the week was windy but Chat n Chill on Stocking Island was protected from the wind & waves & the heated pool at the house also helped with those days. The only time we saw anybody on the beach at the house was a couple people walking Friday morning. The bar at the pool with the swings was a great way to socialize with each other both in & out of the water. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had such a wonderful vacation! The pool is fantastic! Plenty of room to swim or lounge. I also love the fact that EVERY bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. I had a group of 12 adults and the gathering areas provided us plenty of room to spend time together or apart. Even though we were on the northern end of the island, I really enjoyed our location. I can not wait to plan my next trip to EXUMA. "
