Colonial house, big swimming pool at sunset bay

  • Place: Situated at the sunset bay in the town of Iguaba Grande in the lake district, 90 minutes distant from Rio. 4th town in quality of life in the state of RJ.
    Rooms: large living room plus 4 bedrooms, 2 of them suites; apropriate for 8 people. The owner is German who likes things working properly! Main house and an additional smaller house near the swimming pool with a bedroom, office and bathroom, on top of this a terrace with panoramic view. Big Pool, big barbecue grill. Humming birds. All in all 5 different outside places each of which with at least 5 seats: 1. Panoramic terrace viewing the lake, 2. Two Pool terraces 4. barbecue terrace 5. covered kiosk in the tropical garden. 20 garden lights. Easy to understand explanations make you enjoy this tropical and romantic athmosphere right from the beginning of your stay. Upon arrival, as a courtesy a bottle of Casa Valduga quality champaign. A XP laptop, printer, scanner, copyer and a broadband internet line are available.
