Indoor Area

The accommodation of Villa Oikos Sivota is spread over three levels. There is the main Villa offering four bedrooms laid out over two floors and the lower Villa that is accessed via external staircase and completely independent offering two bedrooms.

Main Villa

Upon entering the main Villa you are taken back by the spacious modern chic minimal design concept. This space breathes summer with its floor to ceiling window sliding doors, creating a luminous atmosphere integrating into an indoor-outdoor experience, with the free-flowing ground floor living space of the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas into one. On your right-hand side, right next to the entrance, one will find a single bedroom with a private balcony and a bath with a shower across the hall. Moving further down and on the other side of the living room, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the main, very large verandah that offers breathtaking Ionian Sea view.

The stand-out staircase leads to the two upper-level spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms are double bedrooms sharing the large family bathroom that is across the hall from them. The chic modern design and summer feel of the first level continues into this space with window sliding doors filling the bedroom with natural light, but also giving you sea views to wake up to every morning.

Lower Villa

Accessing the lower villa from the outdoor staircase, guests find themselves in a second breathtaking, spacious, independent villa. Upon entrance, you are taken aback by the spacious modern chic minimal design concept. Moving further and on the other side of the living room, there is a second, double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the main, spacious balcony that offers a breathtaking Ionian sea view.

The private pool area offers a WC, shower, and sink for your convenience. There is also a gas BBQ for you to enjoy for tasty Greek meals.
