The Casa Alice is a pretty terraced house in a small housing estate, which is located between the districts of Lemprato and Crone. It is quietly off the main roads in a dead end. The house can be reached in about 2 minutes via a small meadow path to the lake. The Casa Alice is located about 10 minutes walk from the public beach of the district Lemprato with children's playground, bar / cafe and pizzeria. Walk in the other direction for 10 minutes, you get to Crone, a typical small village with a supermarket, bakery, butcher, gelateria, and a children's playground and public beach. There is also a nice weekly market on Wednesdays.

The house is divided into 2 floors and has 65 m². The ground floor is a large room where the kitchen with dining area and the living area are located. This area is generous and has the right space for a family holiday. The living area adjoins the terrace with the small garden. The terrace invites you to relax, sun loungers are available and also a barbecue. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both bedrooms are adjoined by a balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the mountains. One bedroom can accommodate a baby cot. The upper floor is completed by the comfortable bathroom with shower.
A washing machine is in the kitchen.

Nachdem wir nach einigen Schwierigkeiten endlich unseren Haustürschlüssel hatten, haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Küche ist bis auf einen fehlenden Toaster gut ausgestattet.

Super schönes und sehr gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt ( 7Nächte) war hervorragend. Ausflüge von dem Ferienhaus aus, waren jeden Tag möglich, und alle sehr gut zu erreichen. Vor Ort selbst, gibt es die Möglichkeit Rad zu fahren, zu wandern, klettern oder auch zu Fischen, was wir auch gemacht haben. Der See lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen am Morgen und am Abend ein, herrlich gelegen in mitten von Bergen. Für die kleinen, gibt es am See einen schönen Spielplatz. Ausflugsziele: zum Gardasee, oder zum Iseo See, sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und gut machbar, auch mit Kindern.Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten den Tag zu füllen, jedoch waren da für 7 Nächte zu wenig, wir hätten gern noch mehr gesehen. Wasserfälle, Aussichtspunkte, Burgen, Ruinen, Seilbahnen, Fahrten mit der Fähre, Freizeitparks und der Moviepark, es gab immer etwas zu erleben, bei jedem Wetter. Wir kommen gern wieder!

In der Unterkunft war alles super. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Simone klappte ebenfalls gut. Die Lage ist toll, man ist nur einen Katzensprung vom Idrosee entfernt und die Fahren zum Iseosee und Gardasee dauert etwa eine Stunde. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren 10 Tage mit 3 Personen in der Wohnung. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet alles da was man braucht auch um selber zu kochen oder zu grillen. Netter Agentur Kontakt auf deutsch. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Entspannen in wundervoller Umgebung

Wir waren 20 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus am Idrosee, haben jeden Tag genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Häuschen ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und liegt in einer tollen Umgebung. Kurze Wege zum See und zum Baden und alles in dem herrlichen Bergpanorama. In beiden aneinander grenzenden Orten bekommt man alles was man benötigt ... von lecker Eis über Käse bis Schinken. Man kann für leichte bis schwere Wanderungen direkt am Haus starten. Allerdings waren wir doch, das eine oder andere Mal überrascht wie schnell es steil wird. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im kleinen Garten lässt sich gut relaxen und oder grillen und auf der Terrasse essen, passt einfach. Simone gibt gerne sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Freizeitaktivitäten. Alles in allem, können wir das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Doppelhaushälfte mit Wohn-/Essbereich und Terrasse im EG und 2 Schlafzimmern mit Balkon und Dusche/WC im OG. Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht, Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte wie Alimentari, Macelleria, Cafe, Gelateria und Pizzeria sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einnrundum gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage am Idrosee. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der Kamin mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Holz gefallen 😊 Die Betreuung durch Simone war ausgezeichnet 👍😊.

Nettes kleines Häuschen für uns hat es sehr gut gereicht. Für 5 Sterne fehlte uns ein paar Sachen in der Küche. Toaster und Wasserkocher. Ansonsten durchaus zu Empfehlen

Leck in der Wasserleitung/keine Duschmöglichkeit

Wir hatten leider die letzten 3 Tage kein Warmwasser aufgrund eines Lecks in der öffenlichen Wasserleitung. Duschen war nicht möglich, da wir nur ein Rinnsal Kaltwasser im gesamten Haus hatten (bei Tagestemperaturen von 35 Grad!). Auf unsere Anfrage hin konnte uns leider keine alternative Duschmöglichkeit angeboten werden. Das war schade. Wir würden uns dafür einen Ausgleich wünschen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie hat alles gepasst. Simone hat uns sehr nett (sogar mit einem Kuchen!) empfangen und uns noch ein paar nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Der kleine Garten mit überdachter Terrasse, Sitz- und Liegemöbeln sowie Grill ließ auch keine Wünsche offen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
