"Good location, friendly staff, and clean rooms"

"The people who stayed in the room next door to us, placed their trash right in front of our door. No one patrolled the floors looking out for these things. I felt very disrespected and marginalized considering what I had paid for on the room. Also management truly needs to learn the area, I needed a pharmacy and I asked for directions to one, only to be given very bad directions to a nonexistent place. Not all black marks, but areas that could use some improvements. My room was actually pretty great. Samson the day auditor did a super fantastic job explaining everything quite thoroughly and the bartender made an adjustment to a drink for my fiance so that it wasn't so strong. Overall I would stay there again. "

"It's a little hard to get to from I-25 because when you turn onto Voyager Parkway at the light, you have to drive all the way up the hill and make a u-turn. Check-in was fast and easy, lady at the front desk was polite and welcoming and explained where to park to be closest to my room. Room was spotless, bed was comfy, water was hot with good pressure. Several rooms along the hall had left their dogs unattended and they were barking incessantly but all of the owners returned by 10pm and everybody quieted down. Pool was closed, sign said for maintenance. Breakfast was a selection of hot foods (eggs, sausage links, potatoes, waffle makers) and grab n'go yogurt and muffins. Great stay for the price. "

"The restaurant was the only clean and organized area. The pool was cold and no towels. The bathroom in our room was filthy. Several times there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. There was dog poop around the outdoor sitting area. Couldn’t hook to WiFi."

"Was close to everything we needed and very well kept. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. Only issue is there was no microwave."

"I go by the reviews on Hotels.com and this hotel had decent reviews, however I had no idea this was an extended stay hotel. It was basically like an apt complex, with shady characters and people living in their cars in the parking lot. The room was clean but the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors. But all in all, I guess you get what you paid for as the room was cheaper than others in the area. "

"Very nice property. Very quiet. It’s in a neighborhood so no entertainment walkable. Not sure it’s worth mentioning, but the robes were incredibly starchy not comfortable."
