「We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking.
we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine!
The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation:
Stink of damp and dog in the room.
Disturbance from "hi, you are being recorded" constantly from the camera outside...

「Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine.
Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks.
Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk.
Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom.
All in all, a good flat. Decent location too.
Enjoyed it - much better than hotels」

「The house was clean, well located and comfortable. We did have an issue with a double booking on the second night of our stay, during which the second group were able to enter the house with our belongings in as you are instructed to leave the second key in the lock box. We were lucky they were such nice people, and graciously cancelled their booking, or we could have had an issue. After this, we received no communication from the host to apologise until we contacted him.If the hosts are going...

「The property was clean, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. The hostess is amazing! 1 in a million. She was available at the end of a phone. She decorated the front room with a happy birthday banner and balloons and made me feel very special. Amaz」

「Terrible from start to finish. We opted not to even stay. Communication was poor. Cleanliness was bad. Smelt of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking property. And questionable electrics so unsure if actually tested as safe.
Wouldn’t recommend.」

「The property is in a central location to Luton. The property was very dirty appearing to have had no cleaning attended to it for some time. It had a strong bad odour. There was hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The equipment in the kitchen was sparce, cheap, rusty and very dirty. We could not find a clean glass to drink from in the cupboard, dried on physical dirt. There was wet dirty cloths and sponge left on kitchen top, no washing up liquid or cleaning products. Old dirty slippers in the...
