One of the best places we stayed at in Tokyo. Owners were some of the friendliest and most accommodating people we met on our trip and the translations and signs in the unit were incredibly helpful. A travel recommendation near the unit was also given that we went to and had a great time. 5/5!

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

Great friendly staff and clean place. Breakfast is basically just convenience store foods but it’s free, so won’t complain.

The 201 room is big enough for 4 people but you can fit up to 6 with futons. A pretty good spot to stay in.

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. Hotel is clean, Japanese breakfast for $1700 yen, free soda after 1500 and a late free soup dish after 2130. Service was excellent, food good, free coffee and water station. The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

Great property and location

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

It's an apartment building operated as a hotel and is perfect if you want to have a room with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit we stayed in was clean and the location was just a few minutes walk from the train station. Best part is there's a grocery right in front and a konbini at the ground floor of the building. There's also a lot of dinning options around the area. The staff were super friendly and tried their best to help us with our requests. Keep in mind though the location is in Chiba...
