The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning — directly overlooking the Pyramids, which made the stay even more special. The staff were very polite, respectful, and always ready to help. They responded to all our requests immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It was an over-all nice experience. The location was perfect. The view of the Giza Pyramids from the room was good and it was Super cool from the roof top!
The staff were friendly very helpful and honest!

Fix the air-conditioning besides that it's okay
"Lovely place it looks like it closer to the faiyum than the photos show. The pool was nice and clean although we were the only non modest guest which made my wife uncomfortable to wear a bikini. The bed was nice but the air-conditioning dripped on our head all night, not sure why but we couldn't ..."
