「Pros: Location is fantastic, close to everything. Staff is the highlight: everyone is friendly, helpful and customer-oriented. Breakfast is really good quality. Lobby is modern and nice. Hotel is clean and quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. Cons: This is by no means a 5-star hotel (at international level) as they advertise. It’s a 3-star at best, based on my experience around the world. Here’s why: Our room was a big disappointment: super-basic with absolutely nothing that pointed to a...

「I would say that bathroom was clean and bed was good but more classic then anticipated for a Pullmann hotel.」

「Good location. New. But lack of sense. Room is just too large. Breakfast can be improved.」

「Not what we expected」

Frühstück landestypisch, in Ordnung」

「This hotel is not a luxury hotel. But it has everything that makes you feel comfortable in your room!」

「good.」
