My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get anywhere you need in a timely manner by car or uber. DT, Deep Elum are within 10 mins. The home was very clean and wonderfully put together. I personally enjoyed the selection of decor throughout the home. When traveling having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and a nice bathtub are very important which were all covered here. The home is very spacious and accommodating with plenty room for guest and their belongings. Good closet space. Although there’s no furniture on the roof, that wasn’t a bad thing. The roof is a great space for sunbathing, yoga, a picnic, and viewing the skyline or sunset. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet with no noise from neighbors. The floors were very clean. The first and second floors have separate climate control. If you don’t like stairs this may not be the ideal location for you but thankfully that wasn’t a problem for me. About a 30 minute drive from DFW and a really nice mall with lots of experiences and stores. Overall a really good time here, especially for the price. I traveled alone and felt very safe and secure. I recommend!
