"Staff were friendly and helpful in resolving a room issue which was dealt with promptly and without inconvenience or fuss. There was a good breakfast selection and we found the hotel location excellent for the old town tourist attractions. The only minor negative was the late night noise from surrounding bars but this is unavoidable in such a central location and was not overall too detrimental to our stay. "

"It’s a basic hotel, but it is a COMPLETE hotel less than 5mins walk to the Grand Bazaar, Beyazit area and T1 tram line which connects to alot of attractions. Lotsa of delicious eateries nearby. Ayasofya is just 2 stops away. I was a solo traveler but the hotel is very safe with a night guard and reception always on duty. And the heater keeps you warm on cold nights, the shower is nice and hot. And the breakfast is home-made by a kind lady in the kitchen. And house-keeping always keeps your room...

"This is my second time staying here, and just like before, I had an amazing experience. The staff are incredible – always friendly and helpful with everything I needed. A big thank you to Mete for making the coffee exactly the way I like it – not too strong, just perfect. Special thanks to the receptionists Ercan, Evren, and Emrah for their fantastic work and service. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean, and the tram station is just a few steps away. This is the kind of service you...

"The Bathroom has a horrible smell.
The mattress is so uncomfortable.
AC/Heater works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.
Are is great for shopping but definitely not worth the 70$ a night I paid. "

"The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking—the sunrise in particular was spectacular. I also loved having the hot tub right in the room. The only minor issue was noise suppression; while loud calls to prayer from the nearby mosques are expected, I could also clearly hear conversations from neighboring balconies.
The hotel staff was absolutely phenomenal. Every person I interacted with—Ozan, Fatima, and Ismail—was extremely hospitable and attentive. The front desk truly served as a one-stop-shop for every need: tours, transport, dining, and recommendations. They were consistently kind and never pushy if we chose a different option.
Will definitely be back!"
"Only stayed here for the last night in Istanbul, hotel staff was very polite and courteous. Room was complimentary upgraded and late checkout was accepted. I left my car in the car park (which you have to pay 10 euros - for one night) until 5pm with no extra costs.
Sultan Ahmet is 25 min walk, Sulaymaniyah is 15 min walk, and a lot of other bazaars are all 15-30 min walk. "
"We got a free upgrade on our room staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had so much to choose from it was my birthday whilst I was in Istanbul and they made it very very special. I didn’t get the name or everyone but Ekrem was very helpful."
"I absolutely love this property. Everything stood out to me because I love authentic traditional culture, so the Hotel gave that feeling from the start would stood out to me. The most in a few areas was the quaintness of the Turkish style room, the lovely European bathroom surfaces in the beautiful lobby and comfortable bed. Melika and Mustafa were incredible as hosts to me every step of the way. I’m definitely staying here again when I come back next month to Istanbul 🇹🇷."
"Excellent experience all around! Beautiful panoramic view of the Bosphorus and old city Istanbul with wide variety of options for breakfast. Service was also top notch, especially bell captain Aytac, who was especially hospitable and one of the highlights of our experience as a result of his attention to detail and warmth towards us. Safe neighborhood with good dining options nearby, and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. Room was spacious and service was prompt. 10/10 would stay here again."
