Beautiful apartment in amazing location

This is such a special place - beautifully designed and decorated, the photos don’t do it justice. The terrace and covered veranda are so lovely. It is very close to the town and many of the sights of Hyères. Very comfortable king sized bed, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Only thing to be aware of is a lot of steps and, if driving, choose a small car as the streets are very narrow!

Un coup de cœur ! L’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin — on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Et la vue… à couper le souffle ! Wir waren nach 2018 zum zweiten Mal in dieser wundervollen Wohnung und es hat sich mit Ausnahme einiger geschmackvoller Renovierungsarbeiten nichts geändert-zum Glück!. Der Grundriss ist auf sehr angenehme Weise individuell und es wartet in jedem Raum eine kreative Überraschung, ohne dass dies aufdringlich wirkte oder die Nutzbarkeit einschränkte. Die Terrassen? Beide großartig, jede auf ihre Weise. Gerade der fließende Übergang zwischen innen und außen macht den besonderen Charme dieser Wohnung wesentlich aus. Der Ausblick? Einmalig! Die Lage in der Altstadt? Ruhig und sehr praktisch-man kann alles Mögliche zu Fuß erreichen. Und: Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist Gold wert- ohne würde es sehr schwierig. Man merkt dieser Wohnung sofort an, dass sie nicht per se als Ferienwohnung geplant wurde- man verzeihe mir das große Wort, aber es steckt Herzblut darin. Check-in und -out mit Marianne sind vorzüglich und ausnehmend sympathisch verlaufen, Madame de Saint-Affrique haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt (aber das kann sich ja noch ändern, wenn wir zurückkommen), aber die Chat- und Mailkontakte mit ihr waren sehr angenehm. Insgesamt und in einem Wort: Traumhaft! Merci beaucoup, Toumie et Marianne, et á la prochaine!

Cet appartement se situe au-dessus du village historique avec vues magnifiques. Il est decore avec tres bon gout et confort. Tout est proche. "Jamais deux sans trois"

Nous avons retrouvé les mêmes émotions qu'il y a six ans, si ce n'est une de plus ... le plaisir de les revivre. Si on est sensible à l'architecture et aux intérieurs "pas comme les autes", on ne peut qu'être comblé de séjourner dans ce duplex. La terrasse généreuse, offre de beaux panoramas et une brise qui demeure toujours la bienvenue. Il reste une intrigue, le passé de cette demeure, qui invite à l'imagination. Quelle magnifique transformation!! Enfin, Hyères, sa vieille ville, ses alentours et les Iles d'Or nous invitent à de belles découvertes gravées à jamais. Merci aux propriétaires pour cet inoubliable partage, leur confiance, la bibliothèque et pour l'accueil très apprécié de Marianne. Au plaisir de revenir.... Un moment suspendu dans un lieu aussi surprenant qu’apaisant. Un intérieur tel un cocon et des extérieurs qui invitent à la rêverie. Un appartement alliant confort, design et intérieur/extérieur. Un cocon pour une semaine de repos sans perdre le lien avec la vie qui continue. Altstadtwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Eine über zwei Stockwerke liegende, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei wunderbaren, zum Teil gedeckten Terrassen, die eine herrliche Aussicht auf Hyères, die vorgelagerten Inseln und das Meer bieten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz über etwas steile Altstadtgassen vorhanden. Zum guten Glück gibt es einen Parkplatz neben dem Hauseingang, der nach klaren Angaben der Verwalterin durch die schmalen Altstadtgassen leicht zu finden ist. Die Wohnung ist perfekt zur Erkundung des mit Sehenswürdigkeiten gespickten Hyères sowie die nähere Umgebung mit den ehemaligen Salinen, die Ausgrabungsstätte Olbia, die Weingüter und die mit der Fähre leicht zu erreichende Insel Porquerolles.

Magnifique séjour à Hyères

Appartement situé dans la vieille ville haute avec une vue époustouflante sur tout Hyères, la presqu’île et les îles… un cadre de rêve pour les vacances! On peut passer des heures sur la terrasse à profiter du paysage de jour comme en soirée; la terrasse est très grande et fort agréable. Situé tout proche des animations et des commodités. La place de parking est un vrai plus, indispensable dans la ville haute car pas de parking. L’appartement est atypique, spacieux et bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La seule remarque qu’on pourrait se permettre concerne les salles de bains un brin désuètes. Très bon contact avec Marianne qui a été vraiment adorable et arrangeante et qui nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de la ville. Une très jolie attention à notre arrivée pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Merci pour ce séjour réussi.

Appartement aux "mille reflets" (réf. aux miroirs stratégiquement mis en place..) idéalement situé en plein centre de la vieille ville.. attention ! ça grimpe.. Pour notre part, nous avons abandonné la voiture et préféré la marche et le bus (ligne 67) qui va jusqu'à la presqu'île de Giens. Excellent séjour ! Un grand merci à Marianne pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
