Can we cook at the apartment?
You'll love the flexibility of being able to go out or stay in to cook. We stock our kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils. If you're unsure about what we might have, ask us. The kitchen boasts a 5 grill stove, microwave oven, toaster, water purifier which will give you the ability to whip up a beautiful dinner or brunch.

Should I bring linens, towels, and pillowcases?
We understand nobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. Our linens will rival any hotel, and our cleaning person will take care of everything when you leave. We provide linens, pillows & comforter for each bed. We wash every piece of bedding before your visit. We'll also make sure there's plenty of towels.

Is the apartment a good place for children?
Yes! We've had several families stay with us, and they've found it perfect for a family getaway.

Are private parties allowed at this space?
Private get-togethers are allowed as long as they’re silent, very low profile and no drugs are involved. Smoking is not allowed inside the house(balcony & lawn are ok). The maximum number of people allowed is 10 and you will be fully liable for any damages caused to the property during your stay.

We are so excited to have you stay with us and look forward to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

However, we have a few requests for you. Adhering to these requests will not only help avoid damages, but will also ensure your stay is safe and comfortable. You will also make it easier for future tenants to enjoy the same quality space you will be enjoying.

1. Gatherings of more than 10 ppl is not permitted.

2. Decoration, if necessary, must only be done in the lawn area. Please do not decorate inside the house. Kindly remove all decorations before checking-out and refrain from using Stickers, Double-sided tapes, Nails etc; that can damage the property.

3. No smoking allowed inside the property (including Hookah, e-cigarettes, cigars etc.) Smoking is ONLY allowed in the Balcony and Lawn Areas.

4. Please keep the property clean and tidy. Daily Home cleaning and dish-washing will be done between 11:00am - 1:00pm by our Maid.

5. This duplex apartment has 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds for 8 guests. For every additional guest, extra 1000rs per day will be charged. Extra Beds cannot be provided.

6. By booking this Airbnb, you release the owner of the property from any and all liability for -
a. unintentional exposure of COVID-19
b. any harm caused due to accidents at the property.
