We choose to stay at this property every time we visit New York, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, the staff are consistently welcoming and attentive, and the facilities are always well-maintained. It truly feels like our home away from home in the city.

On the city side 1 of the elevators wasn’t working. Usually there are make up wipes in the bathroom. There weren’t any. Otherwise, it is my hotel of choice when I’m in the city.

The Cold Spring, New York Metro-North station has signs about the walking trails, which are informative and very easy to read. Also, the Cold Spring Depot restaurant has great food and great service, too.

the train station is walkable distance as long as you're not loaded with bags. its about a 12-15 walk
