この施設について

Resort Home Pool, Hot Tub, Basketball Court, Pickleball, Movie Room, Pets

  • This Cape Cod home was built for groups who don't want to choose between staying in and going out. Private pool with volleyball net and basketball hoop, hot tub, pickleball court, a loaded game room, a movie theater with a 98" TV and popcorn machine, and a kids' playroom with a climbing wall. Four bedrooms, space for the whole crew, and enough entertainment that you might forget the beach is just minutes away.

When evening rolls around, the fire pit becomes the gathering spot. The outdoor dining area and BBQ grill sit right there too.

    Game Room
The game room is where the competitive side of the group comes out, and it happens faster than you'd expect.
    Pool table
    Air hockey
    Fosball table
NBA Jam arcade and Golden Tee 3D

    Movie Theater Room
A 98" screen fills the wall. A popcorn machine sits in the corner. Comfortable seating is arranged for actual movie watching.

A Few More Things Worth Mentioning
Level 2 EV charger on site, 220 volts, roughly 12 to 35 miles of charge per hour.
Free weights and a yoga mat are available for anyone who wants to keep their routine going on vacation.

Host and property were as advertised and a wonderful experience all around. Every small detail was thought of, and we did not want for anything. My family and guests were very impressed with the property and how close it was to everything.I recommend to anyone considering cape cod to rent this property.
