Renovated in 2023, this Charming Cape Cod cottage is your perfect Cape Cod vacation. This home-away-from-home accommodations includes 3-Bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with lawn space, a front patio and a large side deck, patio furniture and a propane bbq grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and 3 full bathrooms. There's a queen bed in the first bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a futon. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (full bed on the bottom, twin bed on the top). The living room features a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offer plenty of seating. The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. There will be a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig (k-cups will not be provided).

The property features a community pool during the summer.
The anticipated open date for the pool is the last weekend in June or first weekend in July.
Hours and availability vary, depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing.
2024 schedule is anticipated to be
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
Hours may shorten or adjust throughout the summer.
Pool closes for the season on Labor Day.

Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.
