The house was exactly as described. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is in an older appearing neighborhood but had no issues while there. The host did take a little time to communicate check-in information.

VRBO in Hutchinson Kansas

Great stay! We loved the privacy and cleanliness of the house. Close to the Kansas State Fairgrounds, restaurants, shopping... Anything you might need!

Nice Rental

Two of us stayed here for 5 nights. We chose it for the location, as it is next to Carey Park and a quick drive or walk to downtown Hutchinson for shopping. It is a nice comfortable place to stay. The little extras available, such as soap, detergent, TP, etc. was appreciated. Per an earlier review, there is a new hot water heater and we had plenty of hot water. The neighborhood is somewhat rundown, but it is quiet and we had no problems. We would stay here again.

No heat!

Nice enough place, but no heat and the hot water heater is inadequate. Beware if staying in cool/cold weather! The space heater in the bedroom alarms intermittently all night as well.

Spacious house in Hutchinson

Stayed here for 2 nights during a weekend trip to Hutchinson. We arrived after dark & there was plenty of lighting outside of the house while trying to get in & our stuff unloaded. House is very spacious & clean. The amenities provided in the kitchen were a nice touch. Shower has good water pressure (important for those with lots of hair, lol). Would consider staying here again when we go back to Hutchinson in the future.
