Minutes away from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park and golf course, St. George and numerous trails, parks and outdoor activities, or stay on site and enjoy the beautifully appointed 5 bed, 4-1/2 bath home. Luxurious king beds, TVs in each room, fully equipped kitchen and two great-rooms gives you plenty of space to relax when you're not enjoying the lazy river, workout room, hot tub or pool. Other popular attractions are the amazing St. George Parade of Homes, the famous Tuacahn Center for the Arts, Utah Senior Games, Iron Man, St. George marathon, and numerous amateur sporting tournaments.
**Please note that the resort pool will be closed from January 5th through January 13th of 2026 for maintenance.

We were in hurricane for an off-road event at the Sandhollow State Park. we stated this house it was incredible large bedrooms with comfortable beds each one has its own bathroom close to everything we will definitely be staying here again

Great place!

Very comfortable for a group of 9 adults. Plenty of space and the kitchen was large enough to handle making meals for all of us. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large and very clean. Easy access to pool area. Loved our stay. Thank you.

Great location

We had 9 people in our party and the home worked great. Easy access to the greater Zion area. Bedroom setup worked great. Beds are comfortable. Grocery and restaurants are nearby.

Perfect stay

The place is just as pictured. Lots of space. Very clean. Comfortable beds! The pool is a wonderful escape from the heat. The garage is definitely a plus. Highly recommended for larger groups! We would stay here again.

What a lovely home to spend our family with. There was rooms for everyone. The bathrooms were amazing, every family had their own. The Kids loved the TV room on the upper floor as well as the adults. I have never in my life seen a kitchen more organized. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Johnson

we did enjoyed our stay. the property looked very nice and the neighborhood was safe. they did not provide enough paper towels, and near the washer and dryer room, we found some bugs that looked like cockroach. It seems the property was not clean enough. pots and pans were worn out.

Comfort and hospitality

We had a wonderful vacation in this Vrbo home. It housed or four children and their spouses with comfortable beds, privacy in private bathrooms, and a luxurious setting. Everything was perfectly planned from the check in schedule to departure. Plenty of parking, amenities, even a few pool toys for the kiddos. We couldn't be more happy with this rental and we're will be back. Thank you Karen... Your attention was greatly appreciated 😊

A very comfortable nice big home with all amenities

I had a party of 16 with 8 kids age ranging from 4 to 15 and 8 adults. Everyone had lots of fun in pool /club area after a long hike at zion and drive. A very accurate instruction and house has been kept very clea. Except for the backyard barbecue. Also one conplaint is ther that it would be good to have a stock on 2-3 garbage bags. Rsst of amenities was good. Beds very comfortable etc.

Wonderful Fall Getaway

This home was wonderful! It was so comfortable. The setup for families and friends is perfect. Our group had three couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom… so much privacy. The kitchen is stocked well. We enjoyed gathering downstairs for conversation and meals. The upstairs TV area was great for movie night with the comfortable reclining couches. It’s just around the corner from the pool and hot tub. Great location to make a trip to Zion or Bryce Canyon. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thank you Karen for being a great host.

This home was prefect for our group of 3 families with 9 kids between us. Plenty of room and the kitchen was very well appointed. The pool is a huge perk and the close by Walmart was very handy. Would stay here again for sure.

Great accomodstions for family reunion

Excellent location for visiting Zion National Park, Red Cliff conservetory, Snow Canyon, and Tuachan Theater. The set up of the home was great for a large group - especially the kitchen/dining room! The pool/lazy river at the (very close) clubhouse was fantastic - better than having (only) a pool with the house.
