Wonderful property!

The house, pool, and location were wonderful! However the owner did not respond to questions we had while there. Also, the hot tub isn’t hot unless you pay extra money for it to be heated.

Highly Recommend

We loved this home. It was beautiful and met the needs of our family perfectly. We all loved the game room in the garage. There was a small issue with the pool and the previous renters which resulted in some damage to the pool. The owner communicated the damage to us right away and let us know that the pool would still be usable. There were some issues with getting it heated after the pool guys had been there to assess the damage. We didn't get the pool and spa heated until the 3rd day. The owner was quick to refund our heating fees because of the inconvenience. This situation was out of the owner's hands and all in all we had a great time!

Great vacation

The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a good location to visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon. My husband and I came with our daughters and their families. There were 11 of us and it was the perfect size. The pool was perfect for the very hot temperatures that we experienced during our stay. We all had a great vacation! We highly recommend this house for your Utah getaway!

Great house

We came to the St. George area for a weekend getaway. The house was clean, the bed were comfortable and the pool was perfect! Would 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

The home was fantastic. The property manager was quick with responses about the pool. Everything you could need for a fun weekend was there. The kids and adults loved the game room.

Amazing house/not amazing communication

First, house and property are Beautiful. BUT, house was NOT clean when we checked in. There was hair in all the beds, garbage under the beds and crumbs in the carpets. My biggest frustration was with the pool. Nowhere in the listing did it say only the spa or pool could be heated at a time. I get the logistics, but I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known that ahead of time. Second, we couldnt even get the pool heated the first day. Second day, the owner sent the pool maintenance person who said the pool water level was too low to allow the heater to come on. So we pretty much lost the second day of swimming due to that. Finally, by the 3rd day it was resolved, but made swimming for our small kids pretty frustrating as the pool was the only reason I chose this property. Communication with their owner was slow. Overall, the added cost and frustration of the pool put a damper on the whole trip.

Súper nice house

Great place to stay if you are playing at sand hallow. It’s far enough away that you don’t get as much traffic noise, but close enough to ride side x sides to the park. I’d for sure recommend this place. The pool and hot tub is awesome once you decode the heating and jet stuff.

Nice house / bad experience with owner

This house was in a few words amazing, I have no complaints about it, however during my stay the kids broke a corn hole board, I immediately inform the proprietary he answer later to me charging me a lot more money of what it is worth, I reply honestly stating I wasn’t happy with what he was charging me but anyways I found the way to resolve the problem, at the end while he was charging me for the replacements he was filing a complaint with the travel insurance at the same time, and insurance finally pay him what he was charging me since the beginning. If you stay here, you will enjoy a really nice house but be careful with everything don’t brake anything.

Getaway

If you want to go somewhere that's nowhere but still be close to everything this is your jam. Very nice house especially once the pool/backyard are done. It is still close enough to access anything and everything if wanted with beautiful surroundings quiet enough for a little peace and serenity.

Greta Place!

Everything was as promised and described. A beautiful new home close to Sand Hollow. I met some of the homeowners and they were very nice and helpful with some of the local details. The only thing lacking...No coffee mugs, bring your own if you want coffee in the morning. However, there is a coffee maker. Overall, great place and I would recommend staying.

Great House!

The property was great! Brand new house and furnishings. Still some construction going on, but didn’t bother us. The address given was very hard to find and wouldn’t come up properly in the GPS. I believe it’s listed backwards in their email. It’s also a new street, so that doesn’t help. But the house is great and we’ll most likely be back next year!
