「The home was nice and clean with plenty of room. Things not listed!!! This home is on the 2nd floor with 21 steps to enter. Also there is not enough parking for a boat. Maybe a small vehicle and small boat. I could not turn my full size truck easily in the space. Luckily we didn’t not bring the boat (18ft inboard Motor) or it would have had to be backed down the street about 50 yards each time. I would also describe this as an apartment instead of cottage. Easy access to the beach and fishing....
