「Still in the process of building so can be a little noisy, our aircon didn’t work and neither did the hairdryer or some lights. When we informed the staff they just made a note, it didn’t get fixed and we didn’t get moved. It didn’t bother us too much but would have been nice if they had sorted it out. Good amenities in the main complex, food was lovely. Pools were clean and the beach part was great as they had foam parties and food festivals. Staff were friendly, all in all it was ok.」

「I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. 「Très bel hôtel avec de belles chambres rénovées. Emplacement au bord de la mer à 30min du centre ville et de l’aéroport. Par contre, l’offre de restauration et de boissons est juste catastrophique !!! Quel dommage !」
