La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. "We had a brilliant time at the this villa. We have stayed here before and would recommend. It is well equipped and in a fantastic location. The pool is lovely. It is an older villa but very well maintained. We had a few minor niggles but the property manager is great and very responsive. "

Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "
