"The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Despite the fact that there was a power outage due to an accident, the staff was able to check us in and give us access to our room promptly. They provided us with free snacks and water bottles, which was unnecessary but much appreciated. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty to choose from. We would definitely recommend this property."

"Stayed in the "pet wing", lower-level space for which the hotel tacks on an extra $80 per night. Tiny room, very dated. Bathroom even smaller. No way to navigate sink/toilet/towel rack without hitting something. Linens worn out. TV not smart. Internet very slow. Window, sill, screen filthy. The room did include a cheap plastic dog bowl. The bar and restaurant are fabulous. But I'd never stay in the hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. "
