「Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property.」

「1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. 「Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. 「Lovely little apartment in a great neighbourhood - highly recommend」

「Be aware that this is a residential property without your own entrance. It is in a shabby and unsafe feeling part of town and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. Owners uncontactable in any way. As a single traveller, I did not stay here as i felt very unsafe on arrival. Expedia are yet to support me in the process and i ended up paying for a second property.」
