"Owner was very welcoming. The property appears to be in process of refurbishment. The room and breakfast area was pleasant and clean. Good breakfast. We were treated with cake while enjoying some wine on the porch. "
"Only stayed one night when visiting the area with a family member. We had a friendly greeting and our host spoke English. It’s a pet friendly hotel as we had a small dog with us. The mattress and quality of the bedding were superb as was the Prija soap in the loo. Breakfast available for €18 but there is a bakery nearby (closed Wednesdays) for a cheaper option. Quiet area in a quaint village. Wifi did not work in the rooms only lobby area. "
"Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work. "Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic.
We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). "
