「Sadly, this was a bad experience. I booked via Expedia where the hotel was advertising a Michelin trained chef and a restaurant. I travelled solo 145 miles for a two night break purely because of this. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn the restaurant closed last year. 「The location of the property is good if you don't mind walking. The parking permit given to allow parking in certain zones is very good. Although if busy can be difficult to find a space but that is nothing the owners can control. The room was clean. We had the small double room. It is very compact. 「First time staying here and I had a really lovely experience. The room had everything I needed and the little touches like the tea tray and snacks were a lovely bonus. Stephen was really helpful when I checked in and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The bed was so comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. I’d definitely stay again.」

The NO ALCOHOL beer on the menu said 0.0% alcohol. What arrived was what the waitress said was NO ALCOHOL but it actually was 0.5% alcohol. We sent it back, and I did tell the waitress the menu was incorrect and that she should mention it to management, but she did not seem interested in doing anything about it.」
