「We had a great stay at Surf Bay Villa! The owners were really hospitable to us despite it being the off-season. They even let me tag along to a local festival with them! The rooms are really spacious and comfortable, and the property is walking distance to both Dikwella and Hiriketiya beaches. 」

「Jeg hadde forhåndsbooket én natt, men endte opp med å bli der i syv netter! Stortrivdes! Stedet drives av to voksne brødre, med foreldrene også daglig tilstede. De er veldig hyggelige, avslappede og serviceinnstilte! Hotellet ligger 100 meter fra stranda, og har store romsligere lokaler utendørs, for både avslapning og måltider. På kveldstid er det ekstra god stemning med behagelig musikk og lys rundt trær også stolper! Stranda er endeløs lang, og nesten folketom. Så er du kun ute...

「Great property right on the beach , in comparison the prices in the hotel / restaurant are higher ( which is to be expected) . Staff was lovely , the hotel could do with some small updates / upgrades. Location is very good, under 10 mins to walk into town. 「This resort is situated off the beaten track. It was just what we were looking for. The manager was friendly and did every to make our stay there enjoyable. Like any guest house or resort if you go when there are fewer guests please remember to order your food for the evening at breakfast before the chef goes to market. 」

「The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. 「Tyvärr så verkar hotellet vara dåligt underhållet, handukarna var slitna och fläckiga, dynorna till solstolarna trasiga, trädgården dåligt skött, men det finns en god möjlighet att få det fantastiskt med en ny ägare.」
