"Absolutely — here’s a polished version that keeps the positive, genuine tone while making it flow more naturally: My stay was an absolute delight! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I had issues with my bank card during booking. Luis and Melody were very professional and welcoming at the bar, and their recommendations were spot-on. My only issue was the low water pressure and the water not being hot enough. However, I understand that this is likely related to the local infrastructure and not necessarily the property’s fault. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service!"

"Very nice room on a beautiful property, and conveniently located to all of your El Yunque adventures. We loved listening to the sounds of the rainforest (especially the coquis!) at night, and the pool was lovely in the evenings.
