"Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde mein Mitarbeiter, für den die Wohnung gebucht war völlig grundlos als Assi bezeichnet. Es wurde gedroht man hätte einen Zweitschlüssel und würde aufpassen. Und diverses weitere. Die Wohnung wurde von uns daraufhin NICHT bezogen. Eine Erstattung, selbst der Kaution erfolgte bislang nicht. "

"When we arrived we were greeted by Gernot. He was a very kind host. The apartment was bright and beautiful! Very comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing and we slept wonderfully. The shower had excellent water pressure and the sauna was a delightful way to end the day! We loved the tranquil back yard with a lovely area to sit and relax by the flowers and pond. "The room is very clean and has a lot of space to move around. The location is perfect for a city trip as it is in the center of Dortmund and offers parking space in the hotel. However, one thing that was terrible, is the bathroom. The bathroom was very nice but the glass wall lighted up the entire room when using it which was very inconvenient during the night. "
