Nobody contacted us, we didn’t get the lockbox information and we were left stranded in Hull with no accommodation

Do not book

DO NOT BOOK this apartment. We arrived at property with an eviction notice on door - property has been repossessed. The number given when booking this property ignored messages and made us believe that we could stay. Scammers who are now not willing to issue a refund.

Booked in, headed to the property only to find no reception and no response to the only phone number recorded. Hours later after I had to organise other accommodation, they responded asking if I could send over my booking information so they could look into it, to which they never responded.

Poor customer service

Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable

Avoid unless you like nowhere to stay.

DONT BOOK! I stupidly didn't look at the reviews however the reviews are true. You will end up with no where to stay. You are supposed to contact the owner 48 hours before checking in to sort out check-in details as I guess the key is in a key box or something, however the owner never responds so you can't check in. You are also supposed to download a crib surfer app, which doesn't exist so can't be downloaded! Now having to go through the hassle of chasing a refund. This accommodation should be removed from your site as it appears none has actually been able to stay here in the past.

DO NOT BOOK THIS!

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous 1 star review that they cancel on your reservation moments before you want to check in. This was the exact same situation as the previous reviewer - due to damage to the property there were unable to accommodate. Leaves you stranded to book something else last min. Worst thing is they message you via WhatsApp for full refund but does not communicate with Hotels.com to authorise this. You will be left with having to deal with back and forth chasing - horrendous. It’s a disgrace and clearly a scam. Stay well away from booking this!
