"We've asked for room cleaning 3 times but it didn't get clean. Otherwise stay is very comfortable."

" We have stayed here in the past and never had any issues; however, this time we were very disappointed with our experience. During our stay, our room was never refreshed or cleaned. We personally asked the front desk twice to have our room cleaned, but no one ever came. At checkout, we voiced our concerns and were told that the manager would call us back, but we are still waiting for that call. As Bonvoy members, we are extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. In addition, we had to repeatedly ask for clean towels, and my husband even found bugs in the room. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will no longer be staying here when we visit Staten Island."

"There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel noticeably stained. At least one bed did not have sheets changed - the master had hair and dirt in sheets. We appreciated being allowed to drop our overnight bags early before hopping on a fishing charter."
