「We were in town officiating a wedding on folly beach and the location of this property was a perfect home base. We could easily get on major roads to get to wedding location but also hop across town to go to Sullivan's island where my wife grew up going to the beach. The place was incredibly clean and it was obvious that the hosts take great pride in the property. Very thankful we spotted the listing and we went with it.」

「They had everything we needed and were quick to respond to answer any questions. The listing did mention a pool, but I think it’s at another of the Duvet properties, really wasn’t a big deal. The only thing I can warn you about is the height of the ceilings, it is listed as a basement unit, I’m 6’5” so things got a little, especially in the shower. Again, not a bad thing if you’re on the short side. I still recommend this property. 」
