This place was amazing for a quick getaway for the wife and myself. Easy check in, owners are great and only 10-15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Going to stay here again.

Charleston Get away

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and as advertised. Downtown Charleston, and the beaches were easy short drives away, and we loved the ability to take an afternoon break at the pool! Communication with the owners was easy and they were eager to answer any questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great riverside getaway

My partner and I enjoyed the riverside getaway just outside of downtown Charleston. The property itself is in a great neighborhood, beautiful, and only about 15-20 min from anywhere you would typically to explore in Charleston. The place has everything you need for a stay whether it be the beach or just enjoying the town. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, everything was as expected per the hosts instructions. The accommodations were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Complimentary snacks were waiting for us as a welcoming gesture. Everything we needed was available without request. Hosts were gracious and honored our privacy. The pool was clean and refreshing after a long hot day either coming from the golf course or the beach. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one was by far the best, perfectly accommodating us as a couple. If we ever return to Charleston, we will be staying here again. Perfect Place to stay for site seeing

This place is the perfect place to come visit Charleston. We were out site seeing most of the time and when we were there, it fit our needs and had everything that was listed in the home like it was listed. We will stay here the next time we come to Charleston.

This quiet, well furnished apartment on the banks of the Stono River has many personal touches that make you feel pampered. The views of the river and the sunsets are exquisite. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an easy drive to the city, plantations or beaches. You will be very pleased and recommend it to your friends and family.

Peaceful spot in a beautiful neighborhood

Amazing hosts & property

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was one of the best for location, as described, and the hosts. The guest house has a super beautiful and relaxing backyard and it's super cute inside. The hosts are wonderful. It was very clean. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Great home base to explore Charleston

Sono River Hideaway

This is a wonderful guest house with hosts fully committed to making their guest’s stays as comfortable as possible. A clean and gracious set of spaces, elegantly decorated sitting on beautifully landscaped grounds, we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets on a lovely balcony and very comfortable spaces and beds.

We really did enjoy our stay and our host Cherie & Dinos was great ! they made us feel welcomed the apartment was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool, fishing, crabbing and relaxing took the short ride to Folly Beach and shopping. We will be coming back this is the best rental VRBO has to offer. IT WAS GREAT !!

Amazing stay on the Stono

Dinos and Cherie are kind and thoughtful hosts. Their guest house is beautifully appointed and their attention to the little details was very much appreciated. The river, the pool, the sunsets can’t be beat. We were comfortable from day one and loved staying at their home. If we come back this way, this will be the first place we book!
