We loved our stay at the Orchid Premium Hotel in Hue. All of the staff were great but Sunny was amazing, very helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a gorgeous room on the 5th floor with great views and a comfy bed. The aircon worked well too. Hue is an amazing city and we would definitely go back to the Orchid Premium Hotel.

Everything about our stay was above expectations. We showed up a few hours early and our room was ready, so we were able to check in early! The front desk worker (Emma) helped us book a custom private tour and driver and made recommendations for what to visit and when. When my husband fell ill, she helped me find a pharmacy for medicine and helped me extend our stay another night at a fair price. She even offered for us to return for a shower after checkout if we needed one after sightseeing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - it includes a buffet and around 15 menu items in addition, all included. The room was GORGEOUS, comfortable, and spacious. Location is great - tons of food and coffee spots nearby. There is a place across the street that does play loud music at night - ask for a room that does not look into the same street as the main entrance to avoid this!

We had a great stay at The Orchid Premium Hotel Hue. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and very helpful. The rooms were clean and tastefully fitted out. There is a small swimming pool on the fifth floor which was great to cool down after a long day. We booked our Hue tour and our transport from Hue to Hoi An through the hotel front desk and they explained the itinerary to us and answered all our questions and concerns so we knew what to expect. Pricing of the tours & transport from the hotel was competitive. The only down side for this hotel is the location is about a 10 to 15 min walk to the night life & restaurants but the upside is that the location is quiet. There are some small eating places and cafes nearby.

An amazing hotel. Luxury room! Fancy lobby. AMAZING staff! I wish I could remeber all their names. But Sunny was so kind and very interested in my travels and making sure I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was VERY clean and so fancy. The bed was so comfortable. There was even a tiny balcony! The location was ok. Hard to walk to any good restaurants. There were two across the street. I didnt eat there. There is karaoke every night across the street! Ugh. Ha ha. But it ended around 9 pm. I would definely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food. The staff make this hotel a perfect place to stay!

We arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel and the staff greeted us with a cold towel and fresh cold juice. The entire building is very beautiful and clean, you notice it before you even walk in the front door, and each room is just as beautiful. The bed was very comfortable with high quality bed sheets. The breakfast was amazing too! With many options from buffett or the menu. (The banana pancakes were the best I have tried) The highlight was how friendly and professional the staff are, we felt very welcome and comfortable in Hué There was a little bit of noise, from the other rooms, and perhaps the soundproofing could be improved, however we had stayed during a busy time so very understandable. Overall highly recommend staying here at the Orchid Premium Hotel

Its a new hotel, breakfast was ok. Room was spacious but quite hot until you turn the air con on. Bathroom is small. You need to press hot water switch approx 20min before taking a shower to activate it. Location is ok, near residential area, some cafes and restaurants around the corner. If you use grab, its easy to get around the city = within 10min you can visit many tourist places. I didnt mind my stay here. Didnt hate it. Didnt love it.
