「Mark was as responsive as any host I've stayed with. Great communication. We had a small problem which he addressed right away and when he didn't have the login information to add channels to the MBR Roku, he offered to bring a new TV that could do this (we declined :). The place is very clean and very comfortable. Great heat on a some very cold days. The listing warns about the steep narrow stairs. They were less narrow and less steep than I expected from the warning. Great experience...
