Welcome to Off The Dock - a beautiful property on a flat point with miles of wide water views located at the mouth of Craddock Creek where it flows into the Roanoke Channel at the widest and deepest parts of Smith Mountain Lake! The house includes Wifi and Central AC. With 3 bedrooms, 2 flex rooms and a maximum occupancy of 6, this house provides plenty of space for families to spread out.
The main level offers a large family room with a 46" Smart TV with Xfinity, Blu-ray Player, and Soundbar. The updated and well stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Next to the kitchen is a room with a washer and dryer, large pantry for storage, and a second refrigerator for tenant use. Additional kitchen accessories are included in the large closet in the foyer. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen bed, 50" Smart TV with Xfinity and a master bath with a shower and double vanities. The screen porch is accessible from the master and upper deck and is perfect for relaxation.
The upper level contains one bedroom & 2 flex rooms (two queens and a twin) and one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One of the bedrooms features its own balcony with a small seating area and direct access to the bathroom and a 22" TV with a Roku.
The lower level provides a large bar area and family room with a 50" Smart TV with Xfinity and a DVD Player. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and 32" TV with Xfinity and a shared full bath.
The outdoor upper deck features a gas grill and an outdoor propane fire pit table plus outdoor seating for meals if desired. The lower deck features a ping pong table and additional seating. The dock offers a large and spacious stationary area with picnic table and dock house with electricity and lights. There is a floating dock and stationary dock for boat tie-up. Dock house has fishing poles for tenants use (tenant responsible for any appropriate permits) and some floating toys. **Special Note, the jumping platform pictured, is NO LONGER in place**

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
