"The room was tiny as a closet, definitely not as advertised."

"It was a dark dingy room with only one window to look out at the parking lot. Big old comforter on the bed which look like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The staircase and the rugs going up to the second level look like they had been worn for many years and never cleaned or vacuumed. At least the bathroom towels were beautiful the bed was comfortable and the sheets were at least clean. Not the best location in town! From the pictures that look like everything was in the same area as a hotel but this looks more like a motel where you walk across the parking lot to get to your room. Could hear everything from the highway to the people outside the parking lot area. Staff was friendly staff was great just would not be my first choice to return to."

"There was mold on the shower curtain that I had to bleach myself. There was blood and and boogers on the bathroom wall near the toilet, that I once again had to wipe down. There was a huge whole in the back of the bathroom door and a whole in the floor of the shower. The outside of the ac was caked with dirt that I had to wipe down myself. Ironically the housekeeper Ana left her card in the room. I’m really trying to understand what part of the room did she keep."

"no microwave, beds were incredibly uncomfortable, tile in the bathroom wasn’t caulked together, stains all over carpet and baseboards, ac kept making a loud noise, plumbing was connected to the room next to us so we could hear the next door guests showering. doors slammed so loudly, our keys didn’t work for our room at 10 pm when we still had one night left, they don’t do any housekeeping unless you request it, right next to highway so you can hear all the crazy drivers all night, pool was right next to the street, outlets falling out of the wall, picture on the wall had broken chard out of the glass, when we got to our room i went to the bathroom and the roll on the holder was pretty much empty and folded over so they didn’t give us a fresh one on the holder and that’s just nasty. never would recommend this hotel to anybody and they clearly falsely advertised because when i looked back at the photos of the hotel on expedia the pictures looked nothing like what we got/saw at the property. the breakfast they provided was stale biscuits, hot cake pancake machine that tasted like card board, yogurt and oatmeal."

"Rooms had a really strong odor like dried cigarette paint, had to get an air freshener to clear it up some smell. The beds were really uncomfortable, it felt like the bed concave in, I woke up with a bad back. Also the headboard kept rocking and making noise. The pillows were really flat, I woke up with neck pain. The floor was dirty, after taking a shower, I went to the bed and my feet was dirty from the floor. The pool was closed due to maintenence and dirty. I wished I had known all of this and got better rooms from somewhere else."
