The living area is also air-conditioned and open to the kitchen. It has sofas and armchairs as well as a flat-screen television to help you relax at the end of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a bar with stools to participate with the chef in the preparation of dishes! The bar overlooks the large dining table that will allow you to gather around your meals.

The large terrace at the front of the house will welcome you in its armchairs to admire the view of the lagoon and enjoy your morning coffee.
A barbecue is available to prepare grilled dishes to be savoured in this pleasant garden with the lagoon just across the road.

3 kayaks will allow you to set off to discover the aquatic fauna and flora! (1 two-seater kayak and 2 single-seater kayaks, i.e. 4 people).
On the other side of the road, direct access to the lagoon via a small pontoon is available for kayak descent or sunbathing sessions!
