"The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains)."

The only issue I had was checking in. I couldn’t receive messages from the host so I had to call Vrbo to get both check in and check out instructions…but I think it may have been a Vrbo issue. Anyhow it was resolved fairly quickly"
