「We loved staying at the chalet during our week get-a-way in Maine! It was beautiful, comfortable, easy to find even though it is remote and very private. We enjoyed the outside area in the woods including the fire pit and hot tub after a full day of tourist activities! Reservation was a breeze through VRBO and communication with the host/s was immediate and professional. A bonus was that it was decorated impeccably for fall helping to create an atmosphere for leaf peeping time. Highly...

「The property was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with supplies. Unfortunately, we experienced some issues with the hot water. Although someone was sent out to try to resolve the problem, several members of our group had to take cold showers on multiple nights. We also found that the kitchen sink had a smart faucet that wasn't immediately obvious how to operate. It would be helpful to provide instructions for features like this,...

「This is a wonderful place which we really enjoyed, but a couple things are not in the listing but should be:1. The water is not drinkable and no bottle water will be supplied. You need to bring enough bottled water to last your entire stay. The water has a distinct odor and metallic/sulphur taste probably because it is drawn directly from the lake or a spring nearby and not filtered or treated. However, it's OK for showering and doing dishes.2. There are a lot of biting insects, probably due to...
